The acquisition of any of the products implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Particular Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain products. These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification; therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding to the acquisition of any of the offered products.

In this way, Catanias\u00ae<\/span> Cudi\u00e9 may, at any time, add new products and\/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, Catanias\u00ae<\/span> Cudi\u00e9 reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the products offered. Once inside cudieshop.com, and to access the contracting of the different products, the user must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchasing process, which will entail the reading and acceptance of all the general and particular conditions established on cudieshop.com.

4. AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, in the event that any requested product is not available or if it has sold out, the customer will be informed by phone or email as soon as possible. In the event that the product is not available, and having informed the customer of this, Catanias\u00ae<\/span> Cudi\u00e9 may supply a product of similar characteristics without a price increase, in which case the customer may accept or reject it by exercising their right of withdrawal and termination of the contract. In the event of the unavailability of all or part of the order, and the rejection of the replacement products by the customer, the previously paid refund will be made via deposit using the same payment method used for the purchase.
